Ed Boyd, Senior Managing Director, Investment Management, Asia Pacific, Greystar

Ed Boyd is a Senior Managing Director on the Investment Management team overseeing the Asia-Pacific region. Ed provides management oversight and support to each of the operating countries within the Asia-Pacific region, including China, Singapore, Japan, and Australia. His responsibilities include investment execution of acquisitions and developments throughout the region, portfolio management, fund operations, business development, and strategy.

Before joining Greystar in 2011, Ed worked on the structured credit trading desk for Wachovia’s corporate investment banking group in Charlotte, NC. Ed is an active member of The Nature Conservancy of South Carolina,  a member of the ANREV (Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles) Sustainability Committee, and is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

He holds a bachelor of arts in Policy Studies, with a focus on Political Science and Economics, from Dickinson College.
