It invests on behalf of global institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, public and corporate pension plans, foundations, university endowments, insurance companies and important family offices.

Phoenix has three synergistic investment strategies (opportunistic, core plus/value add, and debt), offering full-spectrum capabilities to potential real estate partners to accelerate deal flow.

The company established a presence in Sydney in late 2017 with its first Australian investment. Over the years, it has gradually built up its diversified Australian portfolio in Sydney and Melbourne across the residential, office, hotel, and non-discretionary retail sectors.
