Christian was part of the team that established HOME Australia’s preeminent creator and operator of apartment communities for lease (Build to Rent, BTR) with over 1,500 apartments in operation and 1,000 under construction and significant pipeline of new opportunities. As Head of HOME he is responsible for development and operations.
Christian has over 25 years’ experience across Australia and the UK and has held senior roles in private and listed organizations in the property development space.
He is a former President of the Property Council of Australia (Victoria) and national board member. He was also the former Chair of the Property Council’s National BTR Roundtable and Victorian BTR Taskforce. He is also a non-executive director for St George Community Housing. Christian is passionate about design and public policy for the build environment.
