Chris Axsentieff is Head of Investments at Local: Residential, a Melbourne-based build-to rent platform with over 2,100 operational units across Melbourne and Queensland and a development pipeline of 2,000 more. Working with Local since its formation in 2021, Chris has been instrumental in building the BTR portfolio and leads Local’s investment management business.
Local: Residential is a Melbourne-born Build to Rent platform, established in 2021 by Matt Berg and Dan McLennan in conjunction with Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate. Local has a project pipeline of over 4,000 units across Melbourne and Queensland.
Local is opening the door to a sustainable and more secure way of renting.
