
Brian Hung, Director, APG Asset Management
Brian Hung is a Director in the Private Real Estate Asia Pacific team at APG and is responsible in evaluating and executing new investments as well as managing existing investments in APG’s Private Real Estate portfolio across Asia Pacific. Brian has over 15 years of industry experience and has managed a real estate portfolio across all sectors including: logistics, retail, office, student accommodation, retirement living, residential and debt.
Previously, Brian was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Global Leverage Finance team in New York and subsequently in the Asia Real Estate and Gaming team in Hong Kong.
Brian received his BBA in finance and accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
