Benjamin Chow, Head of Real Estate Research, Asia, MSCI
Ben is the Head of Real Estate Research for Asia at MSCI. He leads the firm’s research on Asia’s commercial real estate markets, with a focus on capital flows and pricing metrics. He is also responsible for the research and development of global commercial real estate transaction pricing indices.
Prior to MSCI, Ben worked at Real Capital Analytics and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore, with experience across both the commercial and residential sectors. He holds a BSc in economics from University College London and a master’s in quantitative methods in the social sciences from Columbia University.
