Ayaka Hayashi, Vice President, Client Coverage, MSCI Tokyo
Ayaka currently serves as Vice President of Client Coverage at MSCI Tokyo, where she is responsible for strengthening and expanding the firm’s relationships within the real estate sector.
Prior to joining MSCI, Ayaka worked at Nomura Real Estate and Hulic, both domestic real estate development firms, where she managed the companies’ property portfolios with a focus on maximizing asset value and income generation. She also has experience working at ANREV based in Hong Kong, where she was responsible for relationship management with Japanese institutional clients. Ayaka holds a Bachelor’s degree from Keio University.
