Frank Rexach has joined JLL as Managing Director of Enterprise Strategy and Innovation for Asia Pacific.
JLL is stepping up its commitment to a scientifically driven approach to consulting as the global property services firm brings on board Frank Rexach as Managing Director of Enterprise Strategy and Innovation for Asia Pacific.
The Fortune 500 firm announced Rexach’s hiring for the newly created role on Friday, with the long-term corporate executive being given responsibility for co-creating new strategies with both investors and occupiers to harness the value of real estate as an enabler for business transformation, according to an announcement by JLL.
“Our clients are being challenged to look at what the future of work means for their business and their employees,” said Anthony Couse, CEO of JLL Asia Pacific. “I believe Frank’s consultative approach and proven experience in delivering innovative strategies for clients will make a significant contribution to our own business innovation efforts.”
Based in Shanghai, Rexach, who previously spent 15 years in leadership roles with office equipment provider Haworth, will devise real estate solutions that align a company’s strategy and goals across its talent, business processes, supply chain and technology platforms.
Developing Strategies for the Companies and Offices of the Future
Rexach’s appointment comes shortly after JLL launched its Future of Work initiative, an occupier-centred research and strategy program mapping out the changing nature of work and its impact on the next generation of real estate.

At Haworth, Rexach had served most recently as vice president and general manager overseeing operations across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. The graduate of the University of Southern California and the Thunderbird School of Global Management also has held senior leadership roles with office supply company Avery Dennison and Japanese trading firm, Itochu.
