C&W Promotes Natalie Craig to Singapore CEO, Noral Wild to Lead Australia

2024/03/28 by Christopher Caillavet Leave a Comment

Natalie Craig of Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield has named Natalie Craig as country CEO for Singapore and Noral Wild as CEO for Australia and New Zealand, with both appointments effective from 1 April.

The newly created roles bring the two countries into alignment with the property services firm’s other Asia Pacific markets, which are each led by a single representative, Cushman said Thursday in a release. Up to now, Singapore and Australia had been represented by the heads of key business lines.

Anshul Jain will continue to lead the commercial real estate business in Singapore, in addition to his roles as CEO of India and Southeast Asia and head of APAC tenant representation.

“Australia and Singapore are both key destinations for occupiers and investors of real estate, not just in Asia Pacific, but globally,” said Asia Pacific CEO Matthew Bouw. “We see opportunities to partner with our clients across the whole real estate lifecycle and to bring Cushman & Wakefield’s integrated service offering to clients in both the government and private sectors under the direction of a single country leader.”

Legal Background

Since 2020, Craig has led the C&W Services External Link business with a portfolio of 100 million square feet (9.3 million square metres) under management, making it the largest provider of facilities management services in Singapore.

Noral Wild of Cushman & Wakefield

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Craig held leadership positions at CBRE, Macquarie Bank and law firm Minter Ellison. She received her economics and law degrees from the University of Sydney.

As Singapore CEO, Craig will oversee a team of more than 2,000 employees from the commercial real estate and services businesses.

“I am extremely excited to take on the leadership of Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore,” Craig said. “We are seeing growth opportunities right across our business, particularly in the government sector, the logistics and industrial sector and more generally across Singapore’s built environment where Singapore’s Green Plan 2030 requires a greater focus on energy management and asset optimisation.”

Ex-Construction Boss

Wild joined Cushman & Wakefield as head of APAC alternatives several months ago after previously holding management and analytic positions at JB Were, EY and JLL. The RMIT University grad also ran her own construction company for a decade.

In the CEO role, Wild will oversee 1,750 employees across 17 offices.

“I am extremely excited to take on the leadership of Cushman & Wakefield across Australia and New Zealand,” Wild said. “Together with our talented team, we will navigate the market recovery and capitalise on growth opportunities.”
