2013/12/16 by Michael Cole Leave a Comment

Henry Chin CBREDr. Henry Chin has been appointed Head of Asia Pacific Research for CBRE, and will officially join the international real estate consultancy in February 2014. Based in Hong Kong, Dr Chin will be taking over the APAC role from Nick Axford who was promoted to be CBRE’s global head of research earlier this year. Before taking on this latest challenge, Dr Chin served as Head of Research and Strategy with Pramerica Real Estate.

Angel Law CWAngel Law has joined Cushman & Wakefield in Hong Kong as Executive Director of Residential. In her new role, Angel will be responsible for growing Cushman’s residential business in Hong Kong, and, in a related move, the firm also announced the creation of a new service desk – Residential Brokerage Services. Prior to assuming her new role, Ms Law had served as a director with both Knight Frank and Savills. Ms. Law’s hire is the latest move in recent months by Cushman & Wakefield to ramp up their operations in Greater China.

Colin ClarkColin Clark is now Construction Director at Redwood Investment Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd, the local branch of a regional investment fund focussing on development of logistics properties in China and Japan. Prior to joining Redwood, Colin served as head of the Project Management division with CBRE China, as well as holding director level positions with Australian developer Goodman, and project management firm SIP.
