Michael Stacy has confirmed that he is now a member of the team at Cushman & Wakefield in Shanghai, after announcing last week that he had left his position as head of Office Services for Eastern China with CBRE. Michael is joining fellow CBRE veteran Jonathan Davis at Cushman as they assemble a new leadership team for eastern China.

Mandy Chen is now Senior Leasing Officer at Shui On Land in Shanghai. Her former role was Leasing Manager at CDG Retail Management.

Grant Weine has confirmed that he is now Head of Transaction Management, China at Jones Lang LaSalle, based in Shanghai. Some weeks ago, Grant had confirmed his departure from his former engagement as Director, Integrated Client Services, Corporate Solutions, Asia Pacific at Colliers International.

Desmond Tan is now Real Estate Manager, Asia Pacific at Rockwell Automation, based in Shanghai. Desmond previously served as China Portfolio Manager at CBRE with responsibility for the GE account.
