Comings and Goings: Who’s Changing Jobs in China Commercial Real Estate 2013-09-02

Each week on Mingtiandi we track who among China’s commercial real estate community has left their former role, been promoted or is off somewhere tending his garden.

Jonathan Davis is slated to take over as Managing Director, East China for Cushman & Wakefield starting in late October, to be based in Shanghai. He is now is said to be on gardening leave from his role as Regional Director at Sun Hung Kai Properties, and Mr Davis formerly served as an Executive Director with both Morgan Stanley Investment Management and CBRE in Shanghai.

Joy Fan is now Senior Manager of Investment at Ping An Real Estate. Her former role was Senior Manager of Business Development and Asset Management at Ascott China Fund.

Vienne Chan is now Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle in Hong Kong. Her former role was Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle in the same office.

Alicia Li is now Manager at Hanbroad Commercial Investment Management Co.,Ltd in Beijing. Her former role was Consultant at Land Vision (Shanghai) Investment Management Co.Ltd.

Patrick Linehan Jr. is now Head of Asia Pacific Business Development at RAK Free Trade Zone in the UAE. His former role was Regional Director with the Buchanan Group in Singapore, and he previously was Associate Director with Jones Lang LaSalle in Shanghai.

Valeri Vitalievich is now Local Director at Jones Lang LaSalle in Guangzhou. His former role was Program Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle in Chengdu.

William Yip is now General Manager, Contracts & QS, Network Development at Zung Fu China. His former role was Senior Development Manager at Treasury China Trust.
