Colliers International has added to its services to Hong Kong office tenants and corporate clients by bringing on board Truddy Cheung as Head of Workplace and Change Management for the city.

Colliers’ hire of the qualified architect allows the property consultancy to broaden the range of services it offers to occupiers to include advice on designing and managing the workplace to improve team productivity and satisfaction.

“Truddy is a significant addition to our Occupier Services team in providing comprehensive workplace services and will leverage our enterprising and creative spirit to grow our workplace strategy offer, addressing the diverse needs of our clients across our Offices Services, Corporate Solutions and Project Management businesses,” said Nigel Smith, Managing Director for Colliers International Hong Kong. “With her proven track record and deep relationships we are confident to become a market leader in workplace solutions.”

Cheung, who previously served for just under two years in a parallel role with CBRE will work with Colliers’ Offices Services, Project Management and Corporate Solutions teams. The 18 year industry veteran will report to Gareth Barlow, Executive Director of Project Management for Hong Kong at Colliers.

In addition to her time at CBRE, Cheung has worked with international design firms including HOK and Ronald Lu & Partners.

Office consultancy with work place concept is a very hot topic these days. Colliers is correct to jump into this service concept.

The idea used by WeWork or similar shared office providers is gaining market acceptance and by traditional business. Congrats to Truddy for this new and challenging role!
