Asia’s real estate executives are enjoying a surge of new roles this week as everyone rushes to get ready for 2015. A veteran agency leader has landed at a regional investment advisory firm, CBRE continues to shake up its Asia executives and DTZ starts to get ready to build something. All these moves and more are there for those who read on.

Randall Hall PamfleetRandall Hall has joined Pamfleet as Chief Operating Officer for China at the real estate investment advisory firm. Hall will be the senior executive for China with the Hong Kong-based company, which also maintains offices in Singapore. The new position with Pamfleet comes after the veteran property advisor left his role as Executive Managing Director for Greater China in April of this year. In this latest role, Hall will remain based in Hong Kong.

After a successful turn as head of CBRE Japan, Duncan will be returning to Hong Kong to take charge of the real estate agency’s teams for China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Macau. Sources within the company speculate that with Duncan’s ascension to this newly created role, the new president for North Asia, together with new APAC CEO Danny Queenan, may be making some changes in the company’s senior management in China before Chinese New Year.

Foo joins the newly privatised DTZ after spending the last four years as Country Manager for China with project management firm Mace. In her new role, the National University of Singapore graduate will be responsible for all aspects of DTZ’s project management business in North Asia.

Olivia Xia Hang LungOlivia Xia has been promoted to the role of Senior Leasing Officer with Hang Lung Properties in Shanghai. This latest step up for Xia comes after the 2010 graduate of Jinan University spent more than three years with the Hong Kong-based commercial real estate developer, starting in Hong Kong, and later working for the company in its Guangzhou and Shanghai offices. Xia first joined Hang Lung as a management trainee in 2010.
