Leading this week’s roundup of people moves, a JLL exec is taking a top job overseeing the agency’s facilities management business in North Asia, while a veteran of China’s largest construction firm is hopping to Greenland USA. Hong Kong’s Pamfleet is welcoming a new analyst in its Shanghai office, and a co-working specialist is betting on blockchain. Keep on reading for all the details about these personnel changes and more.

Annie Wang is now Managing Director, Integrated Facilities Management – North Asia at JLL based in Hong Kong. The executive joined the global brokerage in Shanghai in 2004 and has held a series of senior facilities management roles, relocating to Hong Kong in 2010 to become Head of Solutions Development for Integrated Facilities Management. Wang, who holds a master’s in Facilities Planning and Management from Cornell University, has also worked as an interior designer for Gensler in Hong Kong and a senior project planner for NELSON in New York City.

Allen Gong has joined Greenland USA’s Development and Construction team, where he is responsible for managing 800,000 square feet of residential and commercial development within the New York City mega-project Pacific Park Brooklyn. Gong jumps to the subsidiary of the Shanghai-based developer after working for Greenland’s US joint venture partner on the project, Forest City Ratner Companies, focussing on the ground-up development of the 550 Vanderbilt condo building. Gong started his career at China State Construction and Engineering Corp in Beijing before being transferred to California and later earning a master’s at the MIT Center for Real Estate.

Victor Gao has donned the title of External Partner at Chinese co-working unicorn Ucommune this month, after serving as Chief Marketing Officer since January 2016. Prior to joining the flexible office startup, the Beijing-based executive held a series of senior China-wide communications roles at international brands including Uber, Dell, PepsiCo, and Amazon. Gao, who received a Beijing International MBA at Peking University, was also Vice President at H-Line Ogilvy and Communications Manager at Nokia.

June Wang has joined Pamfleet Shanghai an analyst, moving to the real estate investment firm from Shanghai Real Estate Group, where she held the position of Accounting Manager. Wang brings an extensive background in accounting and finance to her new role, working closely with Kelvin Wang, Managing Director and Qiao Yu, Associate and Kelvin on Pamfleet’s Shanghai platform, PSREF. Prior to joining the Hong Kong-based company, she worked as a senior accountant for developer Tishman Speyer and for software provider Bleum.

Based in Singapore, Lam now advises high-tech businesses on their initial coin offerings (ICO), including most recently the reputation management firm DREP Foundation. Lam is also a director of TradeHero in Shanghai, a learning and information platform for financial retail products.
