With more than 15,000 real estate professionals subscribing to our email newsletters, Mingtiandi.com now averages more than 126,000 visitors each month with traffic dominated by users from financial hubs including Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, Shanghai, New York and London.
That traffic has grown as Mingtiandi has led reporting of stories including the $618 million sale of a commercial complex on Singapore’s Orchard Road in November, Hillhouse’s $1.1 billion buyout of a Japanese developer in October, and a pair of fund managers selling a Hong Kong commercial building at a $33 million haircut in April.
