If you take a quick look at the top of any page in Mingtiandi, you will see that our primary navigation menu has been revised to make these category pages more easily available from anywhere on the site.
These focused sections of feature stories and updates will help Mingtiandi’s audience of China real estate professionals and industry observers (that’s you) find more information about the deals, policies, companies and professionals driving the market.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what to expect in each new category page.
Outbound Investment
The Outbound Investment page contains all of Mingtiandi’s stories on overseas investment by Chinese companies and individuals. Come to this page first for news of transactions, trends and insights on Chinese capital headed to international markets.
M&A
The M&A page is dedicated to posts on major merger and acquisition deals, as well as reports on trends in the private equity, capital markets and investment properties sectors. If you need to know recent deal news or look up a history of major acquisitions over the past few years, then this category is for you.
Retail
China’s economy is headed towards consumerism and the country’s retail real estate sector has been a major beneficiary of this growth. The Retail page includes stories on new malls opening, international brands entering the market, and more industry trends.
People
If it’s not what you know, but who you know, then the People pages, coverage of personalities in the industry may be the first section to look to. This category includes Mingtiandi’s popular Comings and Goings coverage of China real estate professionals who have scored new roles or been promoted within their firms.
Research & Policy
The Research & Policy page is the place to visit for the latest industry statistics, research reports and analysis of how government policy affects real estate in China.
In keeping with Mingtiandi’s existing blog format, all stories will continue to appear on the main site pages, so you won’t miss anything even if you only read the home page. Also, as the content of many posts crosses clear category boundaries, you will find that many posts appear in more than one category page.
