Peter Trollope is now Solutions Development Director – Asia Pacific at Jones Lang LaSalle. Based in Hong Kong, Peter will be concentrating on business development strategy and implementation for project and construction management solutions across China, Hong Kong, Korea & Taiwan. This new position is in addition to Mr Trollope’s role as Business Development Director – Greater China at Jones Lang LaSalle.
Hsiang-Yun Chu has been promoted to the rank of Senior Director and National Head, China Retail Services at CBRE. Based in Shanghai, Hsiang-Yun is responsible for assisting regional customers in sourcing potential commercial and mixed-use projects in Asia, as well as other duties. His former position was Senior Director, Shopping Center Leasing & Advisory with CBRE.
Will Zheng, MRICS is has taken on the new role of Marketing Director and Executive Vice President at Beijing Properties (Holdings) Limited, based in Shanghai. Will’s new responsibilities will include managing over 210,000 square metres of property in the new Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, as well as deal sourcing, acquisition and land development. Mr Zheng’s duties with Beijing Properties are in addition to his ongoing role at CBRE Global Investors.
Lucy (Yuehong) Chen has joined real estate consultancy DTZ as Senior Associate Director with their industrial brokerage team in Shanghai. At DTZ Lucy will be focussing on leasing, site selection and investment deals involving manufacturing, logistics, and business park space. Prior to joining DTZ, Lucy spent nearly three years as Marketing Manager with Singaporean developer Ascendas.
