
Gene King, director of international expansion, Ally Logistic Property
Gene King, director of international expansion at Ally Logistic Property Co Ltd, is responsible for acquisition and new market strategies in Southeast Asia. Before joining ALP, he was based in Ho Chi Minh City to oversee inbound and outbound real asset M&A for a Hong Kong private investment house controlling major land banks in Vietnam. In his 17-year real estate career, he has mainly been engaged in cross-border property investment and development in the US, the UK, France, Vietnam and Taiwan. King holds a Master of Science in real estate development from Columbia University and a master’s degree in architecture from Taiwan’s Tunghai University.
