2024/05/02 by Danita Phaopat Leave a Comment

With some of the lowest vacancy and highest rental growth rates in the world, investment yields have been expanding in Australia’s logistics market, presenting a compelling opportunity for global investors. According to Cushman & Wakefield, A$45 billion ($29 billion) of institutional dry powder is looking to be deployed into Australia industrial assets, much of which has remained inactive throughout 2023.

For the very first time on MTD TV, we are proud to introduce a dedicated discussion on the warehouse market Down Under as part of Mingtiandi’s APAC Logistics Forum 2024.
