Top Sectors, Leading Cities to Star in Mingtiandi 2025 Events

2024/12/09 by Michael Cole Leave a Comment

Mingtiandi Tokyo Forum

The Mingtiandi Tokyo Forum attracted more than 200 guests this year

After welcoming more than 4,000 attendees at its events this year, Mingtiandi has rolled out its 2025 calendar, featuring 3 online and 2 on-location forums.

In 2025, Mingtiandi’s industry-leading MTD TV video platform will host forums on residential, logistics and data centres, while the on-location element of the programme will include events in Singapore and Tokyo.

With speakers from Oxford Properties, Brookfield, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Warburg Pincus, KKR and other top fund managers having taken the stage at Mingtiandi forums this year, the 2025 programme is already receiving bookings from some of the world’s biggest institutional investors.

As Mingtiandi’s website now attracts more than 125,000 unique visitors each month, the goal of the 2025 event series is to continue conversations begun in our breaking news reports and deal coverage into interactive discussions featuring the industry’s best-known dealmakers.

March Kick-Off

The 2025 programme kicks off in March with the fifth annual MTD TV APAC residential forum featuring panels on multi-family investment in Japan, lodging opportunities in Korea and on Australia’s build-to-rent sector, as well as a spotlight interview session, which in previous years has featured senior executives from BlackRock, Weave Living, Warburg Pincus and other major players.

The event series moves onto a physical stage in May with the return of Mingtiandi’s Singapore forum for a third consecutive year, after the 2024 gathering brought in more than 200 attendees.

This year’s forum sees the debut of panels on global student housing strategies, India investment opportunities, and Asia Pacific markets, in addition to sessions on investment in hospitality, residential, industrial and more.

June brings back the MTD TV APAC logistics forum in its sixth consecutive year for a look at industrial investment strategies for Asia Pacific’s top markets. This year the forum expands to six sessions covering Japan, Korea, China, Australia and Asia’s emerging markets in Southeast Asia and India.

Data Centres and Tokyo in 2H

With growth in digital infrastructure continuing to outpace other sectors, Mingtiandi’s sixth annual data APAC centre forum will be held on MTD TV in September bringing back discussions of the forces driving demand for server capacity and the challenges of developing in resource-scarce environments.

In addition to a lead session on Asia’s hyperscale market, the data centre forum continues with panels focusing on markets in Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea, and Australia.

Following the data centre series, Mingtiandi will conclude the year with its second annual Tokyo forum in November. This year’s inaugural session welcomed more than 200 guests, with leading fund managers having already reserved speaking spots for the 2025 session.
