230 senior executives spoke at Mingtiandi events since 2021
After attracting more than 4,000 attendees across its online and on-location event programmes this year, Mingtiandi has laid out a full year of panels and interviews for 2024, including events in Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo.
Mingtiandi’s Singapore Forum on 14 November concluded our series of six events this year, with online forums focused on residential, logistics and data centres planned for 2024, in addition to three on-location events.

In addition to attracting more same day attendees than any series of real estate events this year, Mingtiandi’s 2023 programming continues to attract attention on MTD TV with more than 20,000 views of recordings of the forums expected by the end of December.
March Kick-Off
Leading off the 2024 calendar will be the fourth annual Mingtiandi APAC Residential Forum on MTD TV, which starts on 19 March and features four sessions covering multi-family investments in Greater China, Japan and Australia.
Next up, Mingtiandi will return to Hong Kong on 14 May for our second forum in the city, after attracting nearly 200 top decision-makers at our 2023 event. The Hong Kong forum, which will also be streamed on MTD TV, will include panels on rental residential, industrial, value-add and opportunistic strategies, hospitality investment and mainland China strategies.
Following the Hong Kong gathering will be Mingtiandi’s fifth annual logistics forum on MTD TV, which will start off on 11 June and will include panels on investment in Greater China, Japan and Korea and emerging Asian markets, as well as exclusive interviews.
After a summer holiday, the event series moves back to Singapore in September for Mingtiandi’s third forum in the city-state. For 2024, the Lion City gathering will feature panels on commercial markets, Southeast Asia industrial, lodging investment, Singapore’s role as a global financial hub and the future of the office, while also incorporating spotlight interviews with leading industry personalities.
The action moves back online in October, with Mingtiandi’s fifth annual data centre forum on MTD TV. With digital infrastructure continuing to gain in popularity as an asset class, the forum will include spotlight interviews with industry leaders, as well as panels on Asia’s hyperscale market, Southeast Asia data centres, and opportunities in Japan and Korea.
With Japan moving to the top of investor preferences, Mingtiandi is closing out the year with a VIP conference in Tokyo. The top-level gathering will give global investors a chance to feature their strategies in front of local decision-makers, while also providing Japanese limited and general partners with opportunities to connect with their global counterparts.

During 2023 Mingtiandi events attracted representatives of more than 500 investors and fund managers globally, with the series of panels and interview averaging over 230 live attendees each, across the online and on-location sessions.
