Mingtiandi’s China real estate happy hour is returning to Shanghai this month, with our next event scheduled for September 18th at KABB in the Jing An Kerry Centre.
The first two installments in this series of industry get togethers were more successful than anticipated, bringing in nearly 100 people each time. The event’s simple format allows you to socialise with friends while catching up on what’s new in the industry.
During our May and June sessions we had a chance to trade real estate secrets with guests from Blackrock, Blackstone, CLSA, CDH Retail, Cushman & Wakefield, Deutsche Bank, CBRE, JLL, Morgan Stanley and Warburg-Pincus, plus many more.
Once again the event will be from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, with a charge of RMB 100 at the door for all attendees and that gets you two drinks and canapes. Last time we had more than 90 people, and this time, due to space reasons I’ll be capping attendance at 125 attendees, so please reserve a spot early if you would like to join us.
