Just days after 227 industry leaders joined the Mingtiandi Tokyo Forum 2025, the first sponsors have committed to next year’s edition of the real estate investment event.
Two agreements have been signed with major multinational companies who have renewed their commitments to Japan’s premier international real estate investment gathering as the Mingtiandi Tokyo Forum aims to bring together more than 250 senior executives on 10 November 2026.
With companies across the region making their 2026 plans, Mingtiandi has published a full calendar of events for the coming year, featuring online forums on residential in March, on logistics in June and for data centres in October.
During 2026, Mingtiandi will also be holding its first event ever in Australia, with Sydney event scheduled for September. The 2026 calendar also includes the fifth annual Mingtiandi Singapore Forum in May, as well as the November event in Tokyo.
Companies interested in raising their profiles and sharing their strategies are urged to contact the Mingtiandi team at events@mingtiandi.com. 2025 pricing is in effect for all Mingtiandi sponsorships and promotional pricing through 31 December, with new rates to take effect for contracts signed from 1 January onwards.
Tokyo Agenda in Place
The agenda for the Mingtiandi Tokyo Forum 2026 builds on the success of this year’s event, with panel discussions covering investment strategies for the hospitality, residential, industrial and commercial sectors. With hotels in Japan continuing to be a top target for investors both domestic and foreign, the hospitality panel for the Tokyo Forum 2026 is close to being fully booked.

After the 2025 Tokyo Forum brought the audience a chance to learn from one-on-one interviews with Warburg Pincus head of Japan and co-head of Asia real estate Tak Murata and with Andrew Burych head of east and southeast Asia real estate with Brookfield Real Estate, the 2026 event will bring the audience three spotlight interviews with the region’s biggest personalities.
With Japanese investors looking to diversify beyond their home markets, also on the 2026 agenda in Tokyo will be sessions covering strategies for outbound investment in markets around the region as well as globally.
Scouting Sydney
With Sydney being added to the calendar for 2026, the Mingtiandi team will be traveling to Sydney later this month to scout locations in preparation for a full day event in the city during September.
Highlighting opportunities in Australia’s living, hospitality, commercial and industrial sectors the event aims to bring Mingtiandi’s audience of Asia-based investors greater exposure to opportunities emerging in Australia, both through attendance in-person and remotely via the company’s MTD TV video platform.
The Singapore Forum, which brought together nearly 270 industry leaders this year, is expected to exceed 300 guests in 2026, with that event to be held on 12 May in the Lion City.
