With the Mingtiandi Singapore Forum just over one month away, representatives of Asia Pacific’s largest real estate investors continue to join the roster, with senior executives from JD Property and Gaw Capital Partners among the latest additions to the full-day programme.
Taking the stage for the first time at a Mingtiandi event will be Gretchen Yuan, chief operating officer and global head of fundraising for JD Property, who will be joining a panel on Asia Pacific industrial and infrastructure opportunities alongside representatives of Vietnam’s Indochina Capital Corporation and law firm Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow.

Gaw Capital Partners managing director for investments Imelda Tham will be taking part in a panel on Asia Pacific commercial strategies alongside Neil Brookes, head of Asia Pacific capital markets at Savills and Yardi senior regional director for APAC Bernie Devine.
The two senior executives are among more than 25 speakers expected to take the stage at the forum on 12 May, with the programme at the Conrad Singapore Marina Bay set to cover the hottest opportunities for real estate investors across residential, hotels, data centres, industrial and commercial, with the programme sponsored by Yardi.

Record Attendance Expected
With early bird ticket sales having concluded on Friday, registration for this year’s forum is exceeding 2025 levels by nearly 25 percent with attendance expected to exceed more than 300 industry executives.
The confirmed attendees come from a broad spectrum of sectors and geographies including senior representatives of top Singapore investment managers including CapitaLand Investment, Mapletree Investments and SC Capital Partners.
Representing some of the largest players from the US and Europe will be attendees from Savills Investment Management, Barings and Pimco Prime Real Estate. With Japanese investors playing a larger role in the region, the forum is also set to welcome top executives from Mitsubishi Estate, Integral KK and Tokyo’s Eastgate Capital Management
Industrial specialists have also joined the list of top firms represented at the forum with delegations from ESR, DHL Supply Chain and Garbe Capital & Strategy.
Interviews Lead the Programme
With the Mingtiandi community built around exclusive insights, the programme for the Singapore Forum this year includes four one-on-one interviews with senior executives from some of the most active investment firms in the region.

The lead interview position in this year’s forum goes to Ellen Ng, co-head of Asia real estate at Warburg Pincus, who will be sharing with the audience from her experience helping to build investment platforms including regional data centre leader Princeton Digital Group.
Next on the bill is Angela Zhao, chief executive officer of GLP China, who will speak on what her company has learned from listing one of the mainland’s first real estate investment trusts and how GLP uses technology to better serve its tenants.
The afternoon programme will feature two interviews, including an exclusive CEO capital talk with Michael Smith, chief executive of Hongkong Land, who will speak about his company’s private fund business and how it is applying its expertise in building commercial hubs in Asia’s largest cities to create strategies that drive returns for investors.
The final interview of the day is reserved for Hillhouse Investment partner and co-head of the company’s Rava Partners real estate division, Joe Gagnon. With Rava having put together major deals in Japan, Singapore, Australia and India over the past 18 months, Gagnon will be sharing his insights on where the region’s real estate sector is headed, and which opportunities he favours in the current market.
