Ellen Ng, Managing Director and Co-Head of Asia Real Estate, Warburg Pincus
Real estate markets around Asia Pacific are on the way up in 2026 and in step with the rebound Mingtiandi is set to host its biggest event ever on 12 May, with speakers from some of the region’s largest investors confirmed to appear in one-on-one interviews.
With three months to go before the event, the Mingtiandi Singapore Forum 2026 will feature a spotlight interview with Warburg Pincus co-head of Asia real estate Ellen Ng, a special CEO capital talk with Hongkong Land chief executive Michael Smith and an additional spotlight interview with a senior leader from GLP to be named in the coming days, as the region’s largest investors explore the forces shaping decisions in Asia Pacific.
The three interviews anchor the one-day event at the Conrad Singapore Marina Bay, with more than 300 senior industry leaders expected to join in-person, with hundreds more watching on the MTD TV video platform.
The forum, which is being held for the fifth consecutive year in Singapore, will also include panel discussions covering top sectors including infrastructure and industrial, commercial, hospitality, living and student housing. Early-bird tickets to the forum are available at the link above.
Warburg Pincus Leads Off
Warburg’s Ng will appear in the forum’s opening session with the two-decade veteran of the US private equity firm sharing from her experience leading investments in some of the region’s most successful real estate ventures, including Weave Living, Princeton Digital Group and Chinese industrial developer and fund manager DNE Group.
A graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Ng also serves on the boards of urban renewal specialist Creater Group, data centre operator Bohao Group, value-add player Golden Union Assets, rental living manager Mofang Apartment, Sunsea Parking and StoreCool Logistics.
Having worked at Merrill Lynch before joining Warburg Pincus in 2005, Ng also serves as co-head of Women@Warburg with this year’s Singapore Forum marking Ng’s first appearance at a MIngtiandi on-location event.

Hongkong Land’s Smith will be appearing at the forum in an interview with Mingtiandi founder Michael Cole after the unit of Jardine Matheson on Tuesday announced the launch of its first-ever private fund.
