Comings and Goings: Who’s Changing Jobs in China Commercial Real Estate 2013-12-09

Each week on Mingtiandi we track who among China’s commercial real estate community has left their role, been promoted, or has simply sucked in so much smog that they have decided to take a month off and head to Myanmar.

Johnny Lu ShaoJohnny Lu Shao is now Head of Investment at Forterra Trust (formerly Treasury China Trust). His former position was Associate Director.

Dave Lam has left his role as Chief Financial Officer at Sino Prosperity Real Estate Fund. He continues in his position as Financial Controller with Sino-Ocean Land. Sino-Ocean established the Sino Prosperity Real Estate Fund in 2011.

Jing Bing ZhangJing Bang Zhang has taken on the position of Independent Director with Blasa Capital. This new responsibility is in addition to his role as President at Prima Hotels Group. Blasa Capital is a Beijing-based consulting firm advising on mergers and acquisitions within China’s hotel industry.

Jileen LooJileen Loo (卢芝灵) is now Owner-Operator at Bath Time Holiday Homes. Jileen had recently been on sabbatical after having left CBRE China in 2012 and relocating to the United Kingdom.
