Zoe Shen has been promoted to the role of Section Chief at Changshu Economic & Technological Development Zone in Jiangsu province. Zoe’s former title was Project Manager at this national level development zone near Suzhou.

Elaine BaiElaine Bai has been promoted to Assistant Portfolio and Facilities Manager at Mary Kay (China) Cosmetics. Ltd, from her former position of Portfolio and Facilities Management Supervisor at Mary Kay (China) Cosmetics. Ltd based in Shanghai. Say congrats to Yilin on her move up.

Li Hui joined SL after two years with Beijing-based developer SOHO China, as a project manager and later Deputy GM. SOHO has recently been said to be selling some of its Shanghai projects as it seeks to streamline its portfolio.
