Comings and Goings: Who’s Changing Jobs in China Commercial Real Estate 2013-11-18

2013/11/18 by Michael Cole Leave a Comment

Each week on Mingtiandi we track who among China’s commercial real estate community has left their former role, been promoted, or decided to become a drummer for a Shanghainese troop of belly dancers.

Niall Faherty has left his role as Senior Mall Manager, Southern China Region at Tesco Properties Ltd, China and moved to Brisbane, Australia. Apparently a casualty of Tesco’s retreat from China.

David Shan has been promoted from Senior Manager to Associate Director in Industrial Department of DTZ in Shanghai.

Benson Wu from the Taicang Investment Promotion Bureau has been promoted from Officer to Deputy Director.

Andy Wu has been promoted to Director and Principal of the Leasing Department with Landwide Property Management Co. Ltd in Hong Kong.

Jason Cheng has been promoted to Senior Associate Director in the Investment department at DTZ in Hong Kong. Before joining DTZ in Hong Kong, Jason had served with CBRE in Taiwan.

If you know of other job changes among China’s commercial real estate professionals, please feel free to contact me at Mingtiandi.
