Comings and Goings | Who’s Changing Jobs in China Commercial Real Estate 2013-07-07

Each week on Mingtiandi we track who among China’s commercial real estate community has left their former role, been promoted or gone walkabout. This week we have a record number of changes, with nine fortunate souls finding new jobs, being promoted, or getting the chance to strike out on their own.  Here’s the results:

Quincy Chow MRICS, MHKIS, AMIA has left his role as Associate Director at South China Land. No word yet on Quincy’s next engagement.

Prince Wang has been promoted to Chief Representative at Beijing Office, Tianjin Xiqing Investment Promotion Bureau. His previous role was Vice Director at Bejing Office, Tianjin Xiqing Investment Promotion Bureau. No word yet on when he moves up to become King.

Yingying (Sharon) Li is now working on-site as Property Manager of SHDS at CBRE. Her previous role was Intern in the Department of Art and Culture at Shanghai Media Group.

Jasper Chang has been promoted from Senior Manager  to Associate Director in the Global Corporate Services department at CBRE, Shanghai.

Sean Lim (MRICS) has been promoted from Director – Agency & Transactions at CBRE to Senior Director – Office & Agency Services | China.

Daniel Odette has been promoted from Senior Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle to Manager, Research at Jones Lang LaSalle.  Give Daniel a big shout-out.

Sherril Sheng has been promoted from Assistant Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle to Manager, Research.

Jun Chen has been promoted from Negotiator (Industrial Dept.) at Jones Lang LaSalle to Assistant Manager (Industrial Dept.) at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Robert Li is now COO 中国国际创建 at Sinowell Creative International Ltd. His previous role was COO at Tai Kong Group.
