The Mingtiandi Singapore Forum will be streamed free to a global audience tomorrow, with live coverage of all sessions available on the publication’s MTD TV platform as more than 290 senior industry executives gather at the Conrad Singapore Marina Bay for one of Asia Pacific’s largest real estate investment events of 2026.
The full-day programme will be accessible to industry professionals worldwide through the Mingtiandi.com homepage, where livestream links will be available from 08:00 Singapore time on 12 May. The event spans 11 distinct sessions covering strategies for commercial, hospitality, industrial and residential investment across the region, sponsored by Yardi.
Senior executives from Gaw Capital Partners, Link Real Estate Partners, Vita Partners and SC Capital Partners will discuss opportunities for achieving returns from investments in office, retail, life science and hospitality assets, as economies in the region adapt to rapid development and external shocks. The programme also features five spotlight interviews with leaders from across the investment spectrum.
With tourism recovery driving renewed interest in hospitality investment, the programme opens with a dedicated panel exploring strategies for investing in hotels and lodging across the region, featuring Alan Watts, president for Asia Pacific at Hilton, alongside Christopher Hur of SC Capital Partners and Bryan Lee of AB Capital Investment.

Opening the Tuesday programme will be an interview titled Investing in a Changing Asia: Finding Opportunities in a New Reality, with Warburg Pincus managing director and co-head of Asia real estate Ellen Ng. In the discussion with Mingtiandi founder Michael Cole, Ng will explore how investors are shaping strategies to meet changing conditions in Asia and how her team looks for opportunities in rapidly developing sectors.
Also in the morning session, Angela Zhao, chief executive of GLP China, will share perspectives on the logistics and industrial markets from her leadership of the Chinese operations of one of Asia’s largest logistics real estate platforms.
Just before the lunch break, Bain Capital partner will explore technology-driven investment strategies in a dedicated session.
The afternoon part of the programme will open with a discussion with Hongkong Land group chief executive Michael T Smith about how his firm is leveraging its experience managing some of Asia Pacific’s most valuable commercial assets as it transforms into a fund manager.
In the final interview of the day, Hillhouse Investment partner and co-head of Rava Partners, Joe Gagnon will speak about how his company works with local entrepreneurs in markets across the region to leverage specialised expertise in operational real estate strategies.
The interviews are complemented by a fireside chat with George Agethen, managing director for real estate at La Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, and Alessandro Fiascaris, head of Asia Pacific at Oxford Properties, about how pension funds are shaping their priorities in Asia Pacific and their goals for deploying capital across regional markets.

With yields rising on commercial asset deals across many Asia Pacific markets, strategies for assembling core portfolios feature prominently in the afternoon programme. The commercial investment panel brings together Imelda Tham of Gaw Capital Partners, Bart Price of Vita Partners, Milan Khatri of Link Real Estate Partners, and Bernie Devine of Yardi, with Neil Brookes of Savills moderating.
Additional panels explore industrial and infrastructure investment, with speakers including Darren Searle of LogiSPACE and Robert McMickan of Hale Capital Partners, and residential investment strategies featuring executives from Centurion Accommodation REIT, Dash Living and Arch Capital.
A dedicated session on Singapore as a global capital hub examines the city-state’s growing role in attracting international investment, with speakers from BlackRock, Singapore Exchange, JD Property, and Pro-invest Group.
