Mingtiandi completed its first online video session today as the company’s founder and chief analyst interviewed Warburg Pincus managing director and head of Southeast Asia, Jeffrey Perlman with 671 unique visitors tuning in.
In the interview, Perlman shared his insights into the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on demand for logistics real estate space in the Asia Pacific region, as well as explaining his experiences as chairman of Hong Kong-listed logistics developer ESR.
