Asia Pacific’s logistics real estate sector has only grown in importance during 2020, with major warehouse platforms managed by ESR, Logos and LaSalle Investment Management all achieving new milestones in the most challenging year of the century.

To help investors, developers and other industry professionals hear directly about the latest market events from the leaders making the news, Mingtiandi is producing its APAC Logistics Series 2020, an all-online event series brought to you on our new MTD TV online video platform.

Industry Leaders Cover Top APAC Markets

The APAC Logistics Series will kick off on 7 July with an exclusive interview by Mingtiandi founder Michael Cole and Jeffrey Perlman, managing director and head of Southeast Asia for Warburg Pincus, and chairman of ESR, who led the regional logistics platform to a $1.8 billion IPO last year.

In the second session on 14 July, a panel featuring top executives from Allianz Real Estate, ESR, JLL and LaSalle Investment Management will discuss opportunities in Asia Pacific’s core markets this year.

The third and final session on 28 July is a panel discussion focusing on opportunities in the region’s emerging markets, with senior leaders from Baker McKenzie, Vietnam’s BW Industrial, JLL and Logos Property covering developments in Southeast Asia and other fast-growing parts of the region.
