Andrew Cannane, Senior Executive Director, Head of Real Estate, Asia Pacific, CSC
Andrew Cannane is a senior financial services executive with more than 30 years of industry experience, including over 19 years leading corporate trust businesses across the Asia Pacific region. His career spans trustee services for special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and funds, regional sales leadership, and senior regulated roles across Singapore and Australia.
Andrew has held a number of leadership positions at Perpetual, including Founder CEO of Trust Company (Asia) Ltd in Singapore, where he served as a Qualified Resident Manager and Board Director on Singapore CMS, CIS and TCA licences. He also led Asia Pacific sales teams and previously served as General Manager, Managed Funds Services, with responsibilities including Responsible Entity Board Director and Responsible Manager roles under Australian Financial Services Licences.
He is currently Senior Executive Director and Head of Real Estate, Asia Pacific at CSC, based in Singapore, where he leads regional real estate trustee services and also oversees trustee services for SPVs and funds in Australia. Andrew holds an Executive MBA from AGSM, a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, and is a Fellow of FINSIA.
