Robert has in excess of 15 years’ experience having previously worked with Aberdeen Standard Investment (ASI), Investec Bank, Mirvac Group and Colliers. Robert has led approximately A$2Bn of industrial transactions in Australia.
Robert’s experience working in industrial development, transactions, capital raising, and funds management gave him the industry experience, knowledge and network to launch Hale alongside joint managing director, Nicholas, in 2021.
Hale is an Australian infill logistics fund manager and developer, with capabilities spanning single and multi-level warehousing, cold storage and industrial outdoor storage. We invest in high barrier to entry markets and are driven to deliver superior risk mitigated returns to our investment partners.
