Paul Lee, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner, Northmod
Paul Lee is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Northmod, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction and investment platform with a strong focus on real estate investment.
With over 25 years of experience in real estate and capital markets, Paul has been instrumental in launching and managing private real estate platforms across the region. Prior to founding Northmod, he held senior leadership roles at Equalbase Development, where he was overall in charge of deal origination, investment structuring, and corporate strategy for the Group. Actively involved in tenant leasing, business development, and asset development initiatives across the portfolio. Plays a key role in banking relationships and financing strategy, including capital structuring for asset development projects. Also oversees the Group’s asset divestment planning and execution. Paul is recognized for his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while delivering consistent returns to investors. His leadership has been pivotal in pioneering cross-border REIT, green-certified assets, and institutional-grade asset repositioning.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Building) from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
He actively participates in major industry platforms, regularly engages with the investment community through institutional networking sessions, where he connects with fund managers, developers, and capital partners to exchange market insights and explore strategic opportunities’ dialogues and platforms.
