First-Ever Mingtiandi Japan Event Welcomes 207 Guests in Tokyo

Mingtiandi’s Japan event debut brought out 207 senior industry executives to hear from speakers representing Warburg Pincus, GLP Capital Partners, ESR, Deloitte Tohmatsu and more at the full day event.

With 35 speakers taking the stage at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, the Mingtiandi Tokyo Forum 2024 attracted guests from Brookfield Asset Management, CapitaLand Investment, Charter Hall, EQT Exeter, Gaw Capital Partners, Mitsui & Co, JR East Real Estate, Mapletree Investments and more.

All ten discussions at the forum, which was sponsored by Yardi, are being covered in dedicated stories published on Mingtiandi on this week, complete with full-length recordings of each segment.

Highlight images from the forum are presented here for those who were unable to attend in-person.

2025 Event Calendar Ready

The Tokyo Forum concludes Mingtiandi’s programme of events for this year, with online forums on residential, logistics and data centres already scheduled for 2025, in addition to on-location events in Singapore and Tokyo.

A full 2025 event calendar is available here.

Our fifth annual MTD TV residential forum will be held in March 2025, featuring panels on multi-family investment in Japan, Korea and Australia.

Then in May Mingtiandi will go on-location in Singapore for a full day of sessions on strategies for the Lion City, Southeast Asia, India and beyond.

In June we will bring you our sixth annual MTD TV logistics forum, with our online event series focusing on data centres in September.

In November 2025 the Mingtiandi team will return to Tokyo for our second annual forum in Japan. Companies interested in sponsoring Mingtiandi events in 2025 are advised to get in touch soon to assure availability.
