
Tom Kidd, Partner, Bain & Company
Tom Kidd is a member of Bain’s Private Equity and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices. As an active member of the Private Equity Group, Tom advises investors and their portfolio companies on strategy, commercial due diligence, and portfolio company value creation.
Tom also has deep experience in corporate M&A – his M&A work ranges from inorganic growth strategy and due diligence to joint venture design and merger integration.
Prior to joining Bain, Tom worked for an education-technology firm in Beijing as a product manager.
Tom holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in international studies from the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned a B.A. in history from Yale University.
