Private Island Site in Danang Ready for Development of 32 Luxury Villas Sponsored Feature

2019/04/03 by Andrew Meyer Leave a Comment

A 3000 metre waterfront development site in Danang, Vietnam, with approved plans in place for 32 super-luxury villas, is now available for sale, according to the project’s developers.

Located on a private island in the resort hub, Star Island Danang occupies a 70-year leasehold cite with development plans already approved.

Danang City, a green, smart, and safe city with pristine white sand beaches, international hotels, a new international airport with daily flights from Japan, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Doha, Singapore, Malaysia and many other destinations.

  • 5 minutes from Danang’s beautiful beaches
  • 10 minutes from Danang International Airport
  • 15 minutes from the Singapore International School
  • 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants and cafes
  • 25 minutes to Hoi An

“This is a unique, beautiful and prime located development site in one of Vietnam’s most vibrant cities,” Andrew Meyer CEO of Nine Dragons Realty Group Vietnam said in a statement.

The Star Island site is attracting interest from luxury developers from around the globe including, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, USA and the UAE.

We feel strongly that many other luxury developers will continue to show strong interest in acquiring this development site. Past history of luxury development projects, and the financial ability to close on the sale will be the deciding factors on which group we ultimately choose to sell the project to.
