A senior level move at Kerry Properties leads this week’s collection of personnel moves from around the region as the Hong Kong-listed developer bids goodbye to its deputy CEO. Also making the list is a CEO departure at a Malaysian REIT and a new board role for Macquarie Asset Management’s head of APAC real estate.

Dennis Au KerryKerry Properties announced to the Hong Kong stock exchange on 14 June that Dennis Au Hing Lun has resigned as deputy chief executive officer, and as an executive director of the company, with effect from 31 July. Prior to joining Kerry, Au had served stints with Computime Group, Vanke Overseas and Wing Tai Properties.
