Our US-owned company is based on Wireless Road in Bangkok and we are seeking fast-learning candidates who can gather market information and track transactions by Fortune 500 companies including HSBC, Goldman Sachs and Blackstone in global financial hubs including Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney and London.
The editorial research executive will be responsible for supporting the company’s editorial team in producing daily breaking news read by over 100,000 finance professionals monthly by tracking stock exchange announcements, market reports, press releases and other sources.
Responsibilities
- Research real estate transactions and economic data from market sources
- Check daily reports from stock exchanges for deal news
- Cover fund raising and financial activities by major real estate fund managers and developers
- Track changes in government policies relevant to real estate markets
- Summarise financial information from reports and manage a transaction and investment database
Qualifications
- University degree in business, economics, statistics or journalism
- Ability to understand and analyse financial reports
- Understanding of Asian economies and markets is preferred
- Knowledge of real estate investment is helpful
- Candidates will need to work professionally in English
