Sangwook Kang, Senior Director, Real Estate Group, KIC Singapore
Sangwook Kang is a senior director of real estate investment and portfolio management for the Asia-Pacific region at the Korea Investment Corporation (KIC), based in Singapore. He previously covered the U.S. market.
Mr. Kang brings more than 15 years of real estate and infrastructure experience. Prior to joining KIC in 2015, he was a senior portfolio manager at Korea Investment Management Co. (KIMC), focusing on infrastructure investments. Previously, he was an senior analyst at Korea Ratings (KR), specializing in financial advisory services for real estate, infrastructure, and corporate investment projects.
Mr. Kang has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Seoul National University in Korea and an MSc in real estate from the National University of Singapore.
