Global investors are turning to Asia’s emerging logistics markets as manufacturers look to diversify their networks and e-commerce continues to mature in India and the fast-growing economies of Southeast Asia presenting an opportunity for yield from growing consumer spending.

In this final session of the Logistics Forum 2023, which is sponsored by Yardi, Mingtiandi presents a deep-dive into industrial opportunities in India, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries, featuring experts from CPP Investments, BW Industrial and Frasers Property Vietnam.

CPP Investments, which manages C$529 billion ($396.4 billion) in assets globally, has made logistics bets around the region, including its India partnership with IndoSpace. Earlier this year, Vietnam’s BW Industrial also received a $208 million equity investment from long-time partner ESR. More recently, Singapore-based Frasers Property formed a $250 million industrial joint venture with Hanoi’s infrastructure investment firm Gelex Group.
