Claude Touikan, Co-founder and Executive Director, Lead8
Claude is a Co Founder and Executive Director of Lead8. A Madagascar-born Chinese-Canadian, he is registered member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, L’Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ) and the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA).
Claude leads architectural design teams on predominantly mixed-use developments in Hong Kong and China. He is currently overseeing a portfolio that includes 11 SKIES, Hong Kong’s largest retail, dining and entertainment destination, and Site 3 of the Central Harbourfront, which is set to transform Hong Kong’s world-renowned waterfront.
Forward-thinking, Claude regularly shares his design insight in the industry on topics ranging from AI, smart cities and increasing social currency to the evolving nature of RDE hubs.
