Having already brought Asia’s real estate community more than 30 interviews and panel discussions during the first 10 months of 2022, Mingtiandi has mapped out a fresh set of events for the coming year, featuring on-location forums in Singapore and Hong Kong.

With more than 200 senior executives having joined the company’s first Singapore event on 18 October, Mingtiandi will bring together the region’s real estate community in the Lion City again in June of 2023.

Hong Kong is also on the agenda in the coming year, as Mingtiandi returns to the SAR for its first event since 2019, with a forum focusing on top sectors in the city and mainland China.

In addition to the on-location events, MTD TV’s full programme will be back in 2023, with online forums on rental residential, logistics, data centres and office strategies.

Online and On-Location

Having attracted more than 4,000 live online attendees, with another 12,500 views of recorded sessions, MTD TV’s 2023 will kick off in March with a full forum dedicated to Asia Pacific’s multi-family residential sector.

Building on the success of this year’s residential forum, which pulled in a total of more than 1,100 live attendees, the 2023 event series will feature panels on rental residential opportunities in top Asia Pacific markets, including Japan, Australia and Greater China, as well as a spotlight interview with a market leader.

In May, MTD TV’s logistics forum will return for a fourth year with panel discussions on warehouse investment strategies in Greater China, Japan, Korea and emerging markets around the region, as well as a spotlight interview session.

The 2022 logistics forum featured speakers from LaSalle Investment Management, EQT Exeter, APG Asset Management, GLP and ESR and brought in more than 1,250 live attendees.

Mingtiand’s Singapore event will come up in June, with sessions focusing on office, industrial and data centre opportunities in the Lion City, following the forum earlier this month, which featured speakers from Warburg Pincus, Blackstone, Hines and other top developers and fund managers.

Fall Line-Up

After a summer break, the fourth edition of Mingtiandi’s data centre forum will kick off the fall event schedule, with sessions looking at Asia’s hyperscale market, as well as geographic focus panels on Japan and Korea, as well as Greater China.

With speakers from Gaw Capital Partners, Princeton Digital Group, Nuveen and EdgeConnex, Mingtiandi’s 2022 data centre forum attracted more than 1,000 live viewers with more than 60 percent of all attendees at MTD TV events holding director-level titles or higher.

Hong Kong is on the agenda for October of 2023, with sessions scheduled for topics including Hong Kong’s competing commercial hubs, the city’s developing industrial market, APAC’s role in property fund-raising and mainland China investment opportunities.

The 2023 schedule will conclude in November next year with an MTD TV forum focused on office strategies, including core office investment strategies, value-add and opportunistic strategies and the Future of the office.

Mingtiandi’s 2022 office forum starts this coming month and features speakers from Nuveen, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and the Executive Centre.
