Jeremy Lake is the Managing Director of the Investment Sales & Capital Markets team in Savills Singapore.
Jeremy has worked in the Singapore market since 1991 and has seen first-hand multiple cycles across all the asset classes. He has worked very closely with local and foreign developers as well as property funds, SWFs, REITS and insurance companies.
Jeremy worked in London for 4 years before moving to Singapore in 1991. Prior to joining Savills Singapore in 2019, Jeremy spent 28 years with CBRE. He holds a BSc of Urban Estate Management (Honours) from the University of Westminster, London.
