Mingtiandi’s third annual Asia Logistics Forum will kick off on Tuesday, 10 May with a spotlight interview with senior executives from ESR-Logos REIT and global property consultant JLL.
With ESR-Logos REIT now standing as one of Singapore’s 10 largest real estate investment trusts, following the merger of ESR-REIT and ARA-Logos Logistics Trust which created the dedicated logistics vehicle, Mingtiandi will be welcoming Karen Lee, deputy CEO of the trust’s manager to our MTD TV interactive video platform.
Lee will be joined by Tom Woolhouse, head of logistics and industrial for JLL Asia Pacific, who has 20 years of experience advising on industrial real estate transactions, in an exclusive interview with Mingtiandi founder Michael Cole.
