Real estate services agency Cushman & Wakefield continued to expand its China team this week with announcements of new leadership for its research department in Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
The US-based consultancy said in a statement that Cary Sheih has joined the firm as Head of Research, South China, with Greg Isaacson taking charge of research in neighboring Shenzhen.
Sigrid Zialcita, Managing Director – Research Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield said of the new personnel moves, “These new appointments will enhance our China research team, further strengthening our research capabilities in the South China area.”
Based in Guangzhou, Sheih is rejoining Cushman & Wakefield after spending more than one year with Colliers International in Beijing as part of the rival firm’s research team there. Prior to that Sheih had been based in Beijing for Cushman. Sheih also has experience as a project director with the Urban Land Institute.
Isaacson takes on his new role in Shenzhen after previously serving with the company’s research team in Shanghai. In his new role in southern China, the Cornell University graduate will primarily be responsible for the daily operations of the Shenzhen research team, and as well as for producing the company’s research reports.
